The groundbreaking, $15 billion joint venture between Pennsylvania Data Center Partners and PowerHouse Data Centers was announced at Carnegie Mellon University during the Pennsylvania Energy and Innovation Summit in Pittsburgh, PA, on July 15, 2025. Igal Feibush, Chief Executive Officer of Pennsylvania Data Center Partners, and Doug Fleit, Chief Executive Officer of PowerHouse Data Centers, received a warm welcome and support from President Trump, Senator Dave McCormick (R-PA), as well as many other global, national, and state leaders in both the public and private sectors.

Igal Feibush currently serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pennsylvania Data Center Partners, a developer and owner of hyperscale data centers across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is responsible for the firm’s overall strategy, capital planning, and execution. Under his leadership, the company has introduced a proprietary “Site, Power, Build” framework that integrates land acquisition, grid-scale utility coordination, and mission-critical environments into a single, vertically aligned platform.

Mr. Feibush has also emphasized long-term value creation through public-private partnerships, sustainable tax incentives, and deep community engagement, including infrastructure upgrades, STEM education support, and workforce development.

A TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS

Igal Feibush is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pennsylvania Data Center Partners. He oversees the company’s comprehensive strategy, direction, and overall growth. A forward-thinking executive, he brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to the development of next-generation hyperscale data centers. His leadership emphasizes a commitment to excellence and achieving sustained value creation for all stakeholders.

Mr. Feibush began his career in real estate immediately after college in the early 1990s. In 1993 at the age of 25, Mr. Feibush founded Citi Habitats, Inc. where he served as Chairman and CEO for the ensuing decade. Under Mr. Feibush's leadership and guidance, Citi Habitats quickly became the fastest-growing residential real estate brokerage in New York City, growing to over 600 agents and support staff across eleven offices. Additionally, at Citi Habitats he led a team of 30 commercial real estate professionals primarily focused on large-scale investment sales.

After selling Citi Habitats, he founded Stone Canyon Capital Partners in 2006. He serves as Managing Principal and Chief Executive Officer of the privately held real estate opportunity fund. Since its inception, Stone Canyon Capital Partners has completed transactions in excess of $3 billion across multiple asset classes, including residential, hospitality, and industrial real estate. Initiatives include the development of a two million square foot industrial park just south of Atlanta, fourteen mid- to upper-mid-scale hotels flagged by Sheraton and Marriott among others, as well as $1.5 billion of residential projects.

In addition to his real estate pursuits, Mr. Feibush has acted as an investor, board member, and mentor to multiple operating companies and start-ups. Mr. Feibush attended the University of Maryland, College Park, and the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany.

Igal Feibush is actively involved in many philanthropic causes. He is an ardent supporter of the State of Israel and a passionate advocate in the fight against antisemitism. He is a past Co-Chairman of the Young Real Estate Division of the UJA-Federation of New York.
