Three decades of real estate development experience, transforming opportunity into lasting growth.

A Track Record of Success

Igal Feibush is a data center developer, real estate investor and business owner. His 30+ year career has been defined by identifying opportunities, building successful companies, and transforming ambitious ideas into organizations that deliver real results.

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pennsylvania Data Center Partners, Igal is shaping the next generation of digital infrastructure at a pivotal moment in the growth of artificial intelligence and advanced computing. He leads the company’s overall vision, strategy, and growth, drawing on decades of experience to advance large-scale hyperscale data center campuses across Pennsylvania.

Throughout his career, Igal has distinguished himself by looking beyond conventional approaches and anticipating where industries are headed. At Pennsylvania Data Center Partners, that philosophy is reflected in the company’s innovative Site · Power · Build℠ approach of identifying strategically positioned development sites, working closely with utilities to secure access to power, and developing facilities capable of supporting the rapidly evolving computing requirements of the world’s most advanced technology companies.

Pennsylvania Data Center Partners’ inaugural project, in partnership with PowerHouse Data Centers, is Pennsylvania Digital 1 (PAX-1). The three-campus 1.35 GW hyperscale data center development is located on approximately 700 acres in Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Designed to meet the growing demand for cloud computing and digital infrastructure, the project includes the construction of three data center campuses over four million square feet.

His leadership is grounded in the belief that transformative development should create lasting value not only for tenants and investors, but also for the communities in which projects are built. He has championed an approach centered on responsible development, strong community partnerships, infrastructure investment, environmental stewardship, and long-term economic opportunity.

His record of building companies began decades earlier. In 1993, Igal founded Citi Habitats, Inc., where he served as Chairman and CEO for more than a decade. Under his leadership, Citi Habitats became one of New York City’s fastest-growing residential real estate brokerages, expanding to more than 600 agents across 11 offices while also establishing a successful commercial investment sales division.

In 2006, he founded Stone Canyon Capital Partners, a privately held real estate opportunity fund that has executed more than $3 billion in transactions across commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial asset classes. Its portfolio has included a two-million-square-foot industrial park outside Atlanta, 14 branded hotels, and more than $1.5 billion in residential developments.

Igal attended the University of Maryland, College Park and the State University of New York at Albany.

Across his career, Igal has remained guided by a consistent philosophy: think boldly, anticipate what comes next, surround yourself with exceptional people, and build with a long-term purpose. That approach continues to define his leadership as he works to position Pennsylvania Data Center Partners at the forefront of the infrastructure powering the next generation of technology.

He is a recognized expert on hyperscale data center development, AI infrastructure, energy, and economic development, and is a frequent speaker and contributor on these topics.

Outside of work, Igal is a loving father and dedicated philanthropist. He is a passionate advocate for the State of Israel and efforts to combat antisemitism and previously served as Co-Chairman of the Young Real Estate Division of the UJA-Federation of New York. He is also a die-hard Yankees fan, and loves spending time with his dog, Freddy aka “Data Dog.”
