ABOUT
Igal J. Feibush is a real estate executive with deep capital market expertise. With a career spanning more than three decades, he has served as developer, investor and owner.

Mr. Feibush founded Stone Canyon Capital Partners, a privately held real estate opportunity fund in 2006, and currently serves as the firm’s Managing Principal and Chief Executive Officer. Since its inception, Stone Canyon Capital Partners has completed transactions in excess of $3 billion across multiple asset classes including residential, hospitality and industrial real estate. Initiatives include the development of a two million square foot industrial park just south of Atlanta, fourteen mid to upper-mid-scale hotels flagged by Sheraton and Marriott among others, as well as $1.5 billion of residential projects.


Mr. Feibush began his real estate career in 1990 at the age of 22 in New York City. Within the first three months of his career, he was the highest grossing residential agent at one of the City’s most well-known mid-sized firms. Just two years later, Mr. Feibush started his own firm and another year after that, founded Citi Habitats, Inc. where he served as Chairman and CEO for the ensuing decade. Under Mr. Feibush's leadership and guidance, Citi Habitats quickly became the fastest-growing residential real estate brokerage in New York City, growing to over 600 agents and support staff across eleven offices. Additionally, at Citi Habitats he led a team of 30 commercial real estate professionals primarily focused on large-scale investment sales.

In addition to his real estate pursuits, Mr. Feibush has acted as an investor, board member and mentor to multiple operating companies and start-ups. ​​​​​

Mr. Feibush attended the University of Maryland, College Park and the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany.

Igal Feibush is actively involved in many philanthropic causes. He is an ardent supporter of the State of Israel and a passionate advocate in the fight against antisemitism. He is a past Co-Chairman of the Young Real Estate Division of the UJA-Federation of New York.
